Access Statement
Our Access Statement is available on request. Please feel free to ring to discuss your access requirements, which we will endeavour to meet.

Reserving Your Room
When booking direct with us, by phone or email, there is no commission charge. Your bank card (credit card or debit card) details are required to secure your room(s). This acts as your confirmation of your booking and no payment is taken from your card. Payment for your stay can be made by credit card, debit card, cheque or cash. Please note a credit card payment incurs a 3% processing charge.

Cancellation Policy

Guests cancelling their booking less than 7 days in advance of their stay will be charged 100% of the amount of their booking unless the room(s) can be re-let prior to their booked arrival date. Guests booking well in advance have a longer cancellation policy. Please ring for details.

Security
Only guests who have completed our Guest Registration Form are able to stay on the premises, in compliance with legal requirements.

No Stag or Hen Night Party booking are accepted.
